Job Scope
This role is responsible to acquire new customers, maintain customer loyalty, expedite the negotiation and conclude contract, develop the 3PL project, maximize income from 3PL services sales.
Main Responsibilities
- Create awareness of and develop the brand
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends and competition ventures
- Communicate with potential customers, build and develop customer relationships
- Preparing and Presenting ideas, information and strategies for both sustainable and implementation of 3PL services as a profitable business
- Produce creative content, including videos, blog posts and articles in social media
- Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Prompt feedback of RFQ, RFI and RFP process
- Expedite making contract for new customer and contract renewal for existing customers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and potential customers to ensure collaboration in 3PL services activities
- Monitor progress of 3PL operations and submit all related reports on time
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Build the customer database, maintain and update strictly
- Monitoring competitor activities, Price Comparison and finding leads for the company
- Expedite the company’s goals and objectives with maximum productivity and minimum resource (Land, Labor, Capitals, Time)
- Understand the status of existing resource usage and propose 3PL projects
- Taking responsibility for receiving, put away, storage, space utilization, picking, checking, delivery, return and control stock of 3PL products.
- Taking responsibility for 3PL Project SLA (services level assessment) sustainability and improvement
- Collaborate with finances department for financial matter such as billing, check and monitoring the 3PL expense and income.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum [3] years of experience in related field (especially, logistics) as similar role
- Outstanding communication skills to negotiate with potential customers
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Proficient in MS Office especially with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Comprehensive communication Skills in English (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Able to travel downtown, outskirt and domestics
- Able to understand basic budget management (Operating Cost, Capital Cost, Gross Profit, Net Profit)
Education
- Bachelor degree or relevant educational background is preferred
