Job Scope

  • Seeking the strategic location
  • Collecting data of site condition & information
  • Process of site checking
  • Presentation of potential site
  • Negotiation with landlord
  • Supporting contract process with landlord & leasing team
  • Cooperate for store grand opening process

Main Responsibilities

  • Find the potential site around the city for new store township by township. Targeting 20 sites per week.
  • Able to travel in Myanmar frequently for seeking the potential sites.
  • Collect the data for following facts like Rent fees, Power meter or Single meter, Site measurement, Agent fees (Yes or No)
  • Taking photo & video indoor & outdoor of the building.
  • Check competitor, take record and collect data of competitor.
  • Site survey counting by per day & per week, one time in two hours.
  • Reporting ground scouting information around the site area to line manager via presentation.
  • Make presentation with PP for new potential site in every week and report to line manager & HOD.
  • Have to inquire detail information for initial rent, Meter, & contract from landlord.
  • Communicate & inform to leasing team for contact detail of landlord.
  • Delegated and reliable for all data keep and recorded.
  • Obedient and good communication with internal department.
  • Good at concentrating and checking data and file keeping.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by HOD.

Work Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field, retail background will be advantage.
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Honesty, Hardworking and Good Teamwork
  • Can work under pressure
  • Good with time management

Education

  • Any graduate, Diploma or Certificate in related field will be preferable.
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general English skills shall be needed.
