Job Scope
This is responsible for selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of a department and maintain the organizational standards of the store
- Improve and deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional manner, and feedback to team leader/SM/OM
- Increase staff motivation and value to meet the sales targets by training, mentoring staffs and prepare staff schedule and manage of absent
- Involve and oversee in hiring, training new staffs and supervise quarterly performance assessment to store staffs
- Supervise for both normal and promotional display items
- Coordinate with buying team and arrange for best price/best sells for increased sales volume
- Damage control & check, nearly expired check, OOS check and make sure pricing is correct
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Prepare sales budget forecast and handle returns of Merchandise, Order arrangement, mini/maxi stock control
- Achieve department’s sale goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Survey in terms of new product and pricing, seasonal, promotion of competitors
- Prepare/review Weekly, Monthly sales report and other necessary reports as required
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Line Manager
Work Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field, especially in Retail Sector
- Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
- Honesty, Hardworking and teamwork
Education
- Any graduate, and retail background will be advantage
